Delivery Method and Shipping Options

We offer express as well as standard shipping options to the continental United States and Canada. To find your shipping cost proceed through the checkout process until you get to the shipping page. After calculating the shipping rate you can back out of the order or continue to check out. Rates are calculated using UPS and Canada Post shipping options.

Orders received by 4:00 p.m. eastern standard time Monday-Friday will ship the same business day. Orders for in stock items received after 4:00 p.m. are not guaranteed to ship until the following business day. 1 Business Day Handling may applies. UPS Next Day Air service means delivery by the next business day. For example, an order placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday morning. If you would like Saturday delivery instead, please indicate this in the “comments” section upon checkout. An additional charge will apply and Saturday delivery is not available in all locations. We will call or email you if Saturday delivery is not available in your area.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

International delivery services include:

UPS Worldwide Express Plus: 1-2 business days, delivery by 8:30 or 9:00 a.m.

UPS Worldwide Express: 1-2 business days, delivery by 10:30 a.m. or 12:00 p.m.

UPS Worldwide Expedited: 2-5 business days, delivery by end of day

UPS Standard to Canada: 3-7 business days, delivery by end of day

Xpresspost USA – approx. 2–3 days

Tracked Packet USA – approx. 6–7 days

Expedited Parcel USA – approx. 4–5 days

These are general guidelines based upon delivery to metropolitan areas in Canada. If you live in a rural area your delivery time may be longer. Note to Canadian Customers: our prices do not include brokerage fees, duty, import taxes, or GST.  UPS is our shipping partner.  They will contact you prior to delivery to obtain payment for these costs.

Shipping of Backordered Items

In the event that one or more items in your order is backordered we will give you the option to ship the items as they become available or to ship complete. If you choose the first option you will incur a shipping charge each time an item ships. If you choose to ship complete only one shipping charge will apply. We will notify you by email if an item in your order is on backorder and ask which option you prefer.

Damaged Freight

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives damaged, do not accept delivery from the carrier and it will be sent back to us. If you accept delivery of damaged goods the property becomes yours and you will need to file a claim with the carrier. All concealed damage, missing items, or all other shipment errors must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for any damaged item/items during the shipment process.  If an item/items are damaged during shipment, must be notified promptly and a damage claim will be filed with the carrier of choice.  If and when a claim is honored by the carrier, a refund or replacement will be issued or shipped.

Shipping Adjustment

We reserved the right to adjust the shipping charges when necessary to protect the product.

Our shipping prices normally will not change unless circumstances beyond on our control (Fuel surcharge, oversized item surcharge etc.)

Alternative Shipping Company

We, the Seller, have the right to change the delivery method, if the shipping method selected is not available on the Shipper’s website at the processing time.

We have right to select the alternative Shipping company and issue credit to the buyer if the amount paid is more than the Seller’s selected shipping method.

Small Packet USA Air / No Tracking option

For any package with no tracking, please note that once shipped, the buyer is responsible for the package. Our responsibility is ended.

We can only give you the order number provided by the Shipper. The buyer is responsible to contact shipper for more information.

We recommend you choose track package option if needed.

Package that already been shipped is out of our responsibility and we have no control over the Customs if delayed and over the Shipping company if they lost the item or they are late of the delivery. You may have contact them directly if you have any issues, we can only provide you the tracking number information.

Shipping Policy

Please note: Canada Post, UPS & FedEx have suspended the service guarantee. No shipment refunds are available if shipment arrives late.

We are not responsible for any wrong address inputted in the invoice. There will be no refund and no warranties.

General Information ships most items via Canada Post and some smaller parts, especially small repair parts orders by Canada Post or USPS (US Postal Service). Some larger items require trucking service. These items will be indicated on the product page with a notation that the shipment is “subject to a shipping charge”. Buyers will be contacted directly regarding the projected freight on such items. ships most ground service orders the same day if the order is received before 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. ships from Ontario, Canada. can not be held responsible for missed dates due to FedEx, UPS, USPS, Canada Post or any shipping company issues such as customs clearance, labor, weather, natural disaster or Covid-19.

Shipping delays can occur due to severe weather conditions and other “acts of God”. Canada Post, FedEx, UPS and other Postal Service make every effort to deliver despite bad weather conditions, but if the airports are closed there will be delays for which cannot be held responsible. 

If a delivery is refused, a 20% restocking fee would apply upon receipt of the refused package plus additional return shipping charges.

If a delivery address needs to be changed or modified, must be notified and the customer will be billed accordingly.

Orders can not be shipped on a customer FedEx, UPS or DHL account. 

Export Orders will ship orders to Canada and US Territories. Taxes and tariffs, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

For international orders, prior to processing, requires an ACH transfer of funds for payment and orders submitted for credit card payment will not be processed and you will be contacted to arrange for payment. must ship using YOUR FedEx, UPS or DHL account. There is a $50 handling fee added to cover our bank’s wire transfer fee and the export documentation paperwork. regrets any inconvenience this may cause, but due to fraudulent transactions in the past we must handle export orders in this manner and these terms and conditions are non-negotiable.
